Starting stand and first-year membership: $2,500.
You are a member, not a franchisee.

Your website comes with the membership.
You do not have to build a site, buy a template, or hire anyone. Lucky Duck hosts a page for your stand. It shows your name, your chosen flavors, and can also show the school or team you are supporting. Families can find you. You can share game days and party bookings.
Members reorder syrups and supplies from the same place.
The website stays up while your membership is active. The first year is included with the stand.
The profit stays with your group

Lucky Duck does not take a cut of the event.
After the first 100 cups, you reorder
Cups, spoons, and syrup are a member reorder, not a second startup fee. Ice is a local pickup. Your menu can stay simple: You set your prices, you pick your syrup flavors, we send you a stand-up menu sign with your choices.
We do suggest one flat price to keep it easy and to keep the line moving.

What happens after year one
Renew to keep the Lucky Duck name, the website, and member pricing. If you do not renew, you keep the equipment. The website comes down, and new signage should no longer use the Lucky Duck name. The stand is yours either way.

Rules differ for a school concession and a public festival booth. Check with your county before the first event.
Questions people ask before they join

Do I need a generator or an outlet?
No. The stand is battery operated. Charge the battery before the event. You can plug in the machine if you prefer to bring your own extension cord.
Is this a franchise?
No. It is a membership. You buy a stand and supplies. You do not pay a percentage of sales.

Can we use it for a fundraiser?
Yes.
What if we only need it for one season?
Buy the stand. Use it. If you do not renew, you still keep the shaver, battery, tent and table

How fast can we be open?
Two volunteers can set up the tent, table, and menu stand. Charge the battery the night before. Pour from the 10 syrup bottles. You are open.
